1610 ?? unIDed Tagalog-speaking station noted at 2205 7/19,
talking about "state of the nation" address by
Philippine Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo" (to be
rebroadcast?). Startled to hear Tagalog! Station's
frequency was jumping around and last noted as
1,609,890 Hz at 2210 tune-out. Ethnic programming
implies CHHA, Toronto; but frequency jumping around?
Thought it may be a pirate. (CAT-NC)
