KGA must be going northeast-southwest since their skip generally is weak here
in Vic BC.If KGA's Tx site is south of the city then their day signal would be
weak towards the northeast since Spokane is just south of some fairly high
peaks with flatland south and west,but does cover some distance into the
Washington prairie.
