I had poor audio on 828 this morning, with Aussie-sounding talk for several minutes; never faded up enough to get more from it. 153, 180, 279 weak to medium level for the Far East Russians too. All in the 1115-1230 utc range. Lots of MW 9kHz hets but no other audio than 828.
