I would imagine that KTRB would have to protect KPAM.  I have been focused on 
FM DXing (for the most part) during spring and summer, but before KTRB came on, 
KPAM was pretty strong down here.  During KTRB's test phase, KPAM was still 
noted strong when KTRB was silent.  I would imagine that KPAM would have to 
protect KTRB as well (my assumption...I haven't checked FCC web site), but if 
that's the case, they likely had some time to get any pattern changes in place 
before KTRB's CP was signed off.
