KXMG 1150 is having noise problems with their transmission. Did not notice this with their daytime power. The noise has been heard since 8:30 P.M. PDT. At 10:02 P.M. PDT KXMG signal is S-9+55 db. Down from this afternoons reading of S-9+70 db. Have a clip at my web page under highlights. Also have the song "Sixteen Tons" heard on Radio Rossii in Russian.
