As of earlier today, the Brockton Haitian pirate on 1620 was still up and running. Quite listenable 30+ miles away at my house. Even detectable at night along with the usual denizens of 1620. It is very loud when I'm in Brockton. We have had conversations at WXBR about that pirate, as they sell advertising time and are a defacto competitor(!).
