Patrick, apparently international water is not a safe haven either. Remember the Radio Newyork International fiasco? They were anchored in international water off Long Island. But the USCG still raided them and shut them down with extreme prejudice by destroying the studio and transmission equipment on the spot. Hey! Maybe someone will nab the Coast Angel that was home to the former-KKOL maritime setup, tow it into international water off the Pacific coast, and give maritime pirate radio another shot.
