Problem is that the FCC's edicts about administrative action only are
indefensible since the FCC simply rubber-stamped and didn;t do any
serious due diligence; they also ignored independent adverse results.
If FCC's administrative remedies, as expected generally favor the
offenders, legal action will ensue and could be very interesting if a
class action is brouoght.

Bottom line though, many of the offenders are going ro be losing
audience as well owing either to interference from others of artifacts
of their own, so it's not like they won't feel some of the pain.
