WPAY-FM, 104.1 monster is carrying promos for WPAY, 1400-AM, "Talk 1400." As of yet I have not heard the AM on the air. Tried 9/9 at noon, but got only someone mentioning NC at 1200, & a "WRON" ID at 1204. No sign of either WPAY or usual WVRC!
