There was an interesting article in the Seattle Times last week which included artwork which tracked erosion on the West Coast of Washington. It is dramatic. As I recall, it showed that Grayland will be Surf City in another 20-30 years. I would definitely hold off on buying that $100,000 piece of property for a DX site...
