This is almost certainly WKBF from the Quad Cities. They have been SS for a 
while and are a huge pest here near Chicago. DFW is possible here via susnet 
skip when you can catch them with 50 kW. DFW is SS news/talk and sports while 
WKBF plays lots of Mexican mx.
