Interesting, Patrick. I'm here in Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Is. I got up at 12:40 UTC and was disappointed in the lackluster nature of the signals, but within 30 minutes, the DU really started to pick up with some excellent catches right across the band. I don't have the log sheet in front of me, but I know I heard lot's of EE from 531 and up. The LW Russians were in as well, with 279 at 9 level, as was 153, but a little later than usual. 1386 was interesting. I was looking for the NZ Hindi station, but instead heard at least 3 cochannels, non sounding Hindi. .....from a very wet Tofino, Walt.
