Snohomish to Oregon City is 230 miles, which is PLENTY of seperation for
this.

And uh, why pick 1520? Probably because it's one of the few, if only
frequencies that could work to fit a worthwhile applcation! The signal will
cover Evertt and North Seattle/Bellvue just fine.
