Colin, Per your report on this mornings DX. You said no het on 531. Here 4KZ/2PM were S7 or so. Very good signals. That is the difference between the coast and even as close you are. In the late 70s/early 80s, the dial was filled with DUs. I have not heard those cx in 22 years now, at least.
