I'll give this a listen when I'm at my Burnt River ON DX site this weekend, and see if I can glean calls. I'll be trying for the Minnesota station that Jim and Barry have reported (I've already logged Iowa earlier this season). But I thought I saw CFFX reported off. For those looking for new channels to work up this way, CKPT 1420 should be going off very soon (Cleveland will be a real pain), CHUC 1450 is due to sign off Nov 7 at 5 pm (another sleepy graveyard to sit on), and 98.9 in Kingston ON is reportedly on-air testing will replace 1380 fairly soon (CKPC is my worst pest and this will really open up what is otherwise a very useful channel). Perhaps some of you in NY State, across the lake from Kingston, can get the 98.9. I hear there is a pattern null towards me to protect 98.7 in Peterborough. Anyhow, there are a few on 960 I would like to hear. Including Calgary, which I've heard years back in Toronto but only once, tentatively, at Burnt River. WFIR Roanoke VA does blast in here at times, but they can be nulled easily enough if conditions are good. WHAK Michigan and the station in Shawano WI are often heard, as well, as is WSBT in South Bend IN.
