Nick, I am checking this out now with my Japanese DXer friend who happens to speak Korean. I think that maybe the Japanese DXers may not fully aware of this station because the North Korean broadcasting authorities are publishing lists of stations that exclude this one and the NHK station on 873 may be blocking the North Korean to the extent that they do not give it a second thought. Please stand by while I receive an answer from my Japanese DXer friend.
