Since 0406UT, there has been poor audio fading in and out on 1017, couple of men talking, hard to tell until the signal gets better, but seems to lag the internet stream from SWR by about 30 seconds. Yes indeed, just went into instrumental music with the web stream following, but still pretty darn poor strength.
