Not sure that is strictly true, Bill -- CBC BC feeds those parts of BC in
the Mountain time zone as well, so you can't draw a 1:1 relationship .
Thinking of places I visit often for work like Radium and Field.  And the
north is even less predictable to us down here in terms of CBC feeds.

(It also recalls the origin of Nunavut when it was all under one time zone
for the first couple of years . . . )
