I tried to go to the link you listed early in the evening and could not find 
the room.  The Russian on 1215 is pretty much gone now, a few fade ups, but 
weak now and local splatter has taken over the channel.   It was in here fair 
at times and I have it recorded.  Would be happy to send you clips if you give 
the time period.
