Bill, One thing you have to be careful with on the coast are pieces of property you can buy cheap, but for one reason or another you can't build on them, or if you can, you are really restricted on the size of a house. Before anyone buys a piece of property, they should take a trip to city hall to find out. Flood insurance, and a lot of factors.
