Good question, Saul. I have a definite "Radio Nacional de Venezuela" ID on .mp3 - measured on 631.27. Also heard the program name, "RN Noticias." I guess its possible that Radio Rebelde was relaying Radio Nacional de Venezuela as I believe that the governments of Cuba and Venezuela are fairly friendly these days. It seems extremely UNlikely that 2 stations would be on the same "off" frequency at the same time. Bruce Conti, what do you think?
