Good question, Saul.  I have a definite "Radio Nacional de Venezuela" ID on 
.mp3 - measured on 631.27.  Also heard the program name, "RN Noticias."  I 
guess its possible that Radio Rebelde was relaying Radio Nacional de Venezuela 
as I believe that the governments of Cuba and Venezuela are fairly friendly 
these days.  It seems extremely UNlikely that 2 stations would be on the same 
"off" frequency at the same time.  Bruce Conti, what do you think?
