Indictment is a big, fat, scary word. It means The Grand Jury heard one side
of a story and indicted Mr. Ward, instead of its customary target, the
proverbial ham sandwich.
Once upon a time, one was innocent until proven guilty beyond all reasonable
doubt.
Of late, many believe one is innocent until 'investigated'.
