I don't get that much with Hotmail anymore, but I am getting way more with Yahoo. Hotmail has regional servers. In Northern California, there are regular issues with Hotmail being unavailable. I don't know if they're getting new servers/disk arrays online or just overloaded, but it seems they're much more interested in bombarding me with their MSN portal when I get done than making sure I can ever get done.
