Paul, This is my local about 20 km to the north. They put nearly ZERO signal to the south at night, but nevertheless, I can see how that could be them but I really can't make it out. The cadence is the same and the tone of the voice sure is but my ears are so bad from being a gun captain in the Navy my hearing is shot to hell. I can not conclusively nail this one down for you. You could be right but I am not sure because my ears are not good enough to bring it out. If it is KFNN, its your UNID from the Sonoran Desert.
