Hi Walt

The 1590 CBC program is apparently a mix between CBU and CKMO (900+690 = 1590). 
 Perhaps caused by something in your back yard (literally), or the output stage 
of a station's transmitter, or a rusty bolt on a power pole, or any of a 
million other things.
