A quick listen at 1500UT, and managed 1530 to 1540UT also. Not as good as previous mornings; as Walt noted, the Japanese regulars dominated, sometimes quite strong, but there wasn't anything much taking up the rear in the signal strength strength. Mostly rather insipid carriers, and the dawn opening died by 1545UT according to the propagation monitor, not past 1600UT as has happened several times in the last couple of weeks.
Asian unless indicated otherwise: Darn good audio, if briefly: 747, 774 Reasonable audio (though often battling w/splash): 567, 594 (both NHK1), 828, 1575, 1593 CNR1 Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 612 DU, 1134, 1566 with its usual big carrier Burbles in the splatter: 279, 585, 693, 702, 738 DU, 855 hum, 864, 918, 1008, 1287 strong carrier, no audio: 819 with a good sized hum, 1098 seemed DU. best wishes, Nick **************************************************************************** Nick Hall-Patch Victoria, B.C.
