I checked with my friend who's lived in Arkansas his whole life and has worked in radio there for about ten years. Turns out.. he used to work at KFPW as the General Sales manager.
He tells me: The owner/GM is Bill or Karen Pharis... The CE is Jim Barnes Hope this helps!
