(ewe on the ground) JOUB heard on the M37V ultralight briefly. 153 Russia, 0922 fair with music and woman in Russian. 693 Japan, JOAB 0924 weak with woman in Japanese... 774 Japan, JOUB 0926 good S-9+40 db. 828 Japan, JOBB 0946 weak, woman in Japanese. 873 Japan, JOGB 0947 weak with woman in Japanese. 1422 Japan, JORF 0950 weak with woman in Japanese.
