WIND has become a bit of a pest in here. Lately I've been trying for KLVI but can only get WIND under Frostburg in the WJLS null. I can't understand why TX is so hard around here. It was easier in Michigan, and positively simple in central Illinois, where I recall logging the 4 little 1510's within 15 minutes on one November evening.
