It can be a pia to change headsets, etc. when using a digital rx to id the
analog 59's signal.   Signal match/mismatch between rx's is easily
recognized with Kevin's phasing headset.  Hooking up the 59 to one plug and
the digital rx to the other plug of Kevin's phasing headset helps ease the
burden of station id  The digital rx can be turned off or volume down when
using the 59 to find a signal.  Sure beats switching headsets,
etc.Anotherway without the headset switcheroo, is to use an over the
ears headset for
the 59 with a single earbud from the digital rx in one ear, but the phasing
headset method is easier.
