1000 RCN Colombia - man and woman with extensive conversation leading upt to 0330, then ID as "RCN, 28 anos". Another station was dominant earlier, apparently Cuba, but not sure that an ID came through. I was thinking "good conditions to South America", but at 0330 WMVP came back on, so some sort of maintenance going on I suppose.
