I won't be getting TPs here in Ontario, but have had a het on 621 from
presumed Canary Islands / Spain (synchros), and I'm about t check cx at
Burnt River ON site this evening, my first since purvhasing the unit..

I added the SRF-M85 to my collection, and it was the first to get tested
tonight, but am disappointed in the AM perfromance - stations bleed onto
adjacents. FM is actually quite impressive for a walkman, better than the
SRF-59. But while I am primarily an FM DXer, this isn't reason enough for me
to bother with this model, and I will be returning it to the store. The most
interesting aspect of the M85 is that it has a wrist strap and is marketed
as a wristband radio. Tou can DX whilst you jog.

I see there's an M84 at my local Sony Store. They tell me the SRF T615 is no
longer available (?????). Does that mean I'm SOL or is there a way...???
