I have heard ZBVI may years ago on 780; I have yet to hear Penscacola on 1620 (heard Atmore AL years ago) but get USVI often; WKAQ and others also appear occasionally. That schedule does apply, but my problem is that I'm far enough inland that these signals do not make it nearly as often as they do closer to the coast.
