Yesterday I went out to double check the angle on the beverage I re-installed a few weeks ago. In the process, I found a couple slight dog legs in the wire, but not bad. I did strainghten it and it seems to be a bit better with less side lobes. The side lobes seem to be less atrusive. There is always sidelobes, but the straighter the wire the better. Also I changed the WNW EWE a bit again, more towards the NW another degree or two. I found the PVC pole had warped a bit, so the vertical section was off a bit at an angle, so I moved it over a foot. I don't know if it made that much difference, but the difference in a few degrees brought in a decent signal from KBRW earlier in the season topping KNBR, so you never know if that degree or two can make a difference.
