Well Gary....I am having a riot with these Crazy little things!!! I have
been DX'ing since about 1976 .....at least that's when I started what could
be called Organized DX'ing. Used to Tune for Montreal Canadiens Hockey
Games much before that in the Late 60's and early 70's...yeah...I'm a Habs
Fan!! I used to pick up lots of Long Distance stations back then....but
never really realized what I was hearing......nor did I keep track til
later on!!

In the last 10 years....I really haven't done much AM BCB DX...but this
little Radio Craze has made it fun again!!! You don't have to thank me for
being Enthusiastic.....it comes naturally!!! If I like something...I always
give it 110 % Effort...and as you can tell...I'm loving this!!

I went to EBAY to see if I could buy one of the PRISON RADIOS as
well....but the guy selling them on EBAY....states that he will ONLY SHIP
TO USA!! What a drag.....It would have been fun to pick up one of these as
well......as believe it or not.....

I work in The Court Security Unit of the London Police Dept here...and my
Job is to Transport Prisoners back and forth to court....and Baby sit them
in the Cellblock at the Court House here in London. These little Radios
with the Clear case would have been a real Converstional piece at work!!! I
don't know why some of the sellers refuse to ship to us up here???? Maybe
they think it is too much of a hassle???

Anyway......Maybe some other seller will offer them and I can pick one up!!

Gonna go and listen for a few hours tonite and see what's happening???

73................ROB.
