David- My first guess would be WTOF (X-WBCA) IN Bay Minette, AL. bUT, there isn't any "Charleston" around the Mobile, AL area.
At 1630 this afternoon, I had WTOF on sunset skip. This station is well known for cheating at anytime they want, even though at 1600 they would still have been on day power and pattern.
