One problem - I think that there is only one FM frequency left here in Calgary for a high power station, so I don't think that CBR-1010 and CKMX-1060 will be moving anytime soon. Speaking of 1010, have always wondered how CFRB and WINS got away with both using 50 kW as far back as 1948 when the regulations were so much stricter then they are now. Toronto and New York are not all that far apart - I well remember the problems WINS gave CFRB even 40 miles NW of the CFRB tower site, in the Orangeville area in the 70's.
