WDLM 960 kHz East Moline, IL. Received a nice, f/d professionally printed QSL card (yes, they do still exist) and personal letter in 10 days from C.E. Glenn Rogerson for $1 and CD recording. He said they were running 101 watts PSSA-3 at the time of my reception. I plan to talk to him about a possible DX test as he seems very DXer friendly.
