Paul, With a beverage, I have found almost anything is possible, but I still have no clue. I have heard 10 watters on the East Coast with the right skip But this signal was too common for a couple hours to believe it is a 10 watter from Florida. The flea power stuff I have heard generally on a crowded channel is in and then gone. 73,
