There is no FCC Filing for an STA to indicated KDUN 1030 is silent but as we discussed just the other day.... it may take several days or weeks to show up in the Database.
I see www.kdun.com doesn't work either. Instead of guessing wther theyre off, maybe a phone call to them is a good diea.
