I noticed that Ibiquity is mailing postcards to radio broadcasters encouraging them to "upgrade now" before the license fees increase on July 1, 2008. The card mentions that there are now over 50 HD Radio receiver models available with prices starting at $99. It also says there are presently over 1,500 HD radio stations and over 700 multicast channels. In a cruel twist of fate the postcard sent to our Denver cluster landed squarely in my mailbox.
