Yes, CKLQ was hard to catch the first time many years ago, but now it's

Very likely this was CKLQ in Brandon MB. CKLQ carries Brandon Wheat
Kings junior hockey, and they were playing Calgary Hitmen that night.
It also wouldn't be unusual for them to updates on NHL scores during
the game.
CKLQ seems to get out to the east a wee bit (ahem) better than they
really should.
