Whenever anyone wants to rule out Cuba's Radio Rebelde, or for that matter confirm that it's in, check the shortwave parallel on 5025. In fact, keep your big rig on 5025 and use your ULR to scan up and down the dial, with one ear on the sw set and one ear on the ULR headphones. Pay close attention on each channel, and use Bruce Conti's list of Cuban AM stations (lists all networks separately) as a guide to know where the Rebelde outlets are. And always keep in mind that Cuban networks play a lot of footsie - scan the band with an open mind, because you might hear Rebelde on a freq where it was never heard before.
