I noticed the same thing but that's because I'm in Boca Raton, FL at the 
moment.  The 570 Reloj station is only slightly weaker than local WQAM-560 at 
night, and pretty darned good during the day.  I'm not sure if that's normal 
for this outlet but it's the strongest of the many Cubans audible at my hotel.
