Hi Walt It sounds like you're hearing some good stuff up there.
The stations on 1665 (1663.5USB) and 1651 are located at major harbors and transmit local weather and other maritime information once or twice an hour for ships entering and leaving the harbor. The lighthouse stations are a bit different, as I understand it, in that they transmit weather etc for mariners in the nearby coastal waters. The latter all operate on 1670 (1685.5USB I believe). I'm wondering if your bubble jammer on 972 is North Korea? I've never heard it myself, but can picture them trying to jam the high powered South Korean on that freq. 1525 UT might be a bit early for Iran this time of year.
