signal strength around this time.

738 Japan, 1324 weak Japanese singing.
774 Japan, JOUB 1200 battered in splatter with weak to fair
signal and woman/man in Japanese.
828 Japan, JOBB 1201 weak with woman in Japanese.
1566 Republic of Korea, 1158 weak with music.
1575 Thailand, VOA weak with woman in Asian language.
