If I recall correctly, the post sunrise authority came first called a PSA. A while later, stations petitioned wondering why they couldn't run mini power at night too. These were called PSSAs. I can't say I've ever heard of a PSRA, but OK sure. Some of the grants were silly. I have a local station nearby that is 5,000 watts day and 34 watts at night. Karl Zuk N2KZ
