I believe critical hours are from sunrise to 2 hours after and from 2 hours
prior to sunset to sunset. The idea being to reduce interference to other
stations during sunset and sunrise skip.
I too am surprised at the W call and wonder if the FN in said call means
they will be sports (some kind of Fan slogan) 73 KAZ wondering if they still
are testing.

April SR/SS times are 5:45 am and 7:15 pm, CST, i.e. 6:45 am and 8:15 pm
CDT,
i.e. 1145 and 0115 UT. But what are the Critical Hours??
