Dennis' report and the propagation monitor both tell me that I started
listening too late this morning. Listened from 1250 to 1300UT, when I quit for
lack of signals.

Asiatic unless otherwise noted:

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none

reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 612 (DU: 4QR), 1566 (HLAZ)

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 594 (NHK1)

Burbles in the splatter and noise: 702 (DU), 828 (NHK2)

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 738 DU,
972, 1053, 1098 DU.

Interesting to note the distinctive hum from China on 1206, not strong, but
definitely an indicator that some signals were still going the distance.

best wishes,

Nick
