Could this be something else besides a technical issue?  When I was in
the NRC (mid 80's - early 90's), Ray Cole from SE Missouri found
stations slightly off frequency and that correlated to seismic activity.
They would shift over time.  He tried to get a Government Science grant
but they "pooh-poohed" the idea and said that shift was related to the
ionosphere, IIRC.  I think that Ray has since passed on but the
measurement of this shift is now accepted science, as I have seen some
scientific articles on it.  I'm not saying that Polson is doomed but
wonder if this being slightly off could be connected to "seismicity"?

appears to be off frequency on 750.092 easily seen on my Perseus
waterfall.  ID for KERR Polson, MT heard at 10:00 PM Pacific
